I was drawn to this company because their website said that they were family-run with years of industry experience, and I needed advice to solve a plumbing problem. I saw a contact form on the website, and provided details on my problem. I wasn't hopeful that they'd take the time to help me out, but I was wrong!

Neil provided just the solution I was looking for. When I called him, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently explained his solution and the parts I needed. When he learned that I didn't live close by, he generously provided me with the details of a very good supplier very close to where I live. I am so grateful for his help, and really happy that I reached out to this company. I implemented the solution Neil proposed, and it worked perfectly.
